The Life Cycle Bike Ride is an annual event to raise funds in support of the May Court Club’s services to the community including the May Court Hospice, the library at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus, the Munch and Learn program at six Ottawa Community Houses, scholarship for nurse practioners and those studying Information Studies, as well as grants to community organizations.
Open to individuals of all ages, the bike ride runs for 50 KM, beginning at the Club on Cameron Ave and proceeding through the Experimental Farm, over the Champlain Bridge to the Aylmer Marina and returning to the Club, followed by a barbecue in the Garden. Maps and water stations are provided.
This year’s Life Cycle Ride will be held on Saturday June 6, 2020 at 10:00 am, starting and ending at the May Court Club. (In case of a thunder and lightning storm on June 6, the ride will be held on Sunday, June 7).
